Administrative Fees
Each endowed fund is assessed an administrative fee, at the end of each calendar quarter, based on the average daily balance of the fund during the quarter. Administrative fees are set by the Board of Directors of Lakeshore Community Foundation.

A minimum annual administrative fee of $250 is applied to all funds.
Investment Fee
Each fund is assessed its proportionate share of the investment fee, at the end of each calendar quarter, based on the average daily balance of the fund during the quarter. The investment fee is established by the investment manager under contract with Lakeshore Community Foundation.
