Felician Village Cornerstone Endowment Fund for the Poor
Felician Core Values for Ministry
The Felician Village Cornerstone Endowment Fund for the Poor was established in 2009 as St. Mary’s Endowment Fund and renamed in 2013 to better reflect its purpose. The intent of the endowment fund is to provide long-term financial support for residents who have outlived their financial resources, ensuring they receive the compassionate care and services they need.
Established in 1887, Felician Village has remained committed to serving older adults with dignity, compassion, and integrity. As the needs of our aging population continue to grow, the Cornerstone Endowment Fund helps provide resources that enhance the quality of life for residents and helps when unforeseen financial challenges arise. Through the earnings generated by the endowment, donors create a legacy that supports the mission of Felician Village for generations to come.
Inspired by the words of Blessed Mary Angela Truszkowska, Foundress of the Felician Sisters, “Where there is a need, fill it.” Felician Village continues the healing ministry of Jesus by serving older adults with compassion while honoring the dignity of every person, from all faiths entrusted to our care.
Your gift to the Cornerstone Endowment Fun is an investment in the future of Felician Village and the residents we serve. Contributions of cash, stock, qualified charitable distributions, donor-advised fund grants, and named beneficiaries are all welcome and appreciated.
