- Upon receipt of your application, the Foundation’s staff will verify that it is complete and that your organization qualifies under the Foundation’s due diligence requirements.
- The Foundation’s Grants committee will review and evaluate the grant applications and then recommend a recipient to the Foundation’s Board of Directors for approval.
- Grant decisions will be communicated to you approximately six weeks after the application due date.
- If your organization is awarded a grant, you may be required to accept the terms and conditions of the grant in writing before the check is issued.
- The Foundation may request information from you regarding the use of the grant, and it may conduct site visits and/or interviews with staff, board members, collaborative partners and other funders.
