Application Review Process & Grant Monitoring

Grant Review

The Foundation's staff verifies the completeness of the applications and that the applicant organizations qualify under the Foundation's due diligence requirements. The Grants Committee selects the grant recipient after reviewing and evaluating the grant applications. Funding decisions are communicated to the applicants, via email, approximately six weeks after the application due date.

Grant Agreement

The grant recipient receives a grant agreement which establishes the grant conditions and must be signed by the grant recipient. Grant funds are not released until the signed grant agreement is returned and conditions, if any, are met.

Grant Reports
The grant recipient may be  required to submit a grant report(s) in accordance with the grant agreement or at the Foundation's request. An organization will be ineligible for future funding until the requested grant report is submitted. Staff and/or the Grants Committee may conduct a site visit, with regard to a grant.
